The Rotary Club of Kamuning Central (RCKC), District 3780, proudly supported the Rotary Club of Poblacion Makati, District 3830, in a collaborative tree-planting activity that successfully planted 1,100 seedlings—1,000 kawayan (bamboo) and 100 fruit- bearing trees in Barangay Palikpikan, Balayan, Batangas.

The environmental initiative brought together the Rotary Club of Ibaan and Rotary Club of Infanta, alongside partner Masonic Lodges—Cosmos Lodge No. 98, Dasmariñas Lodge No. 347, and Sixto Lopez Batulao Lodge No. 129— and the PNP Special Action Force, demonstrating the power of partnership in protecting the environment. More than planting seedlings, the activity was about planting a legacy.

The bamboo and fruit-bearing trees represent a long-term investment in greener surroundings, healthier ecosystems, soil protection, and a more sustainable community for future generations.

The project showed that when Rotary clubs and partner organizations unite behind a common purpose, individual acts of service grow into collective and lasting impact.
